"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Club Lux by the Beach, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Rosalinda, one of the staff members, made my stay truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. Her attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to cater to every need truly set the tone for my stay. Communication with the resort was seamless, thanks to their 24/7 text message service. Any question or request was promptly addressed, making everything from check-in to check-out as smooth as possible. Speaking of check-out, the flexibility they offer is fantastic. Guests can opt for a complimentary check-out until noon, or if you need a bit more time to enjoy the resort, a late check-out until 2 PM is available for a reasonable $50 fee. Additionally, the amenities at Club Lux are top-notch. The availability of a laundry room and outside grills adds a great level of convenience for longer stays or family trips. The resort’s prime location, just a two-minute walk to the beautiful beach, is the perfect cherry on top. Having the ocean so accessible made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, Club Lux by the Beach exceeded my expectations in every way, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rosalinda and the well-thought-out amenities and services.
