Service staff was amazing! I did have a problem with the construction. My husband is disabled and they did not have any rooms on the ground floor and with walk in showers available due to the construction.

In process of transferring from Days Inn to Holiday Inn. We booked room thru Expedia one month in advance. Arrived at 4, check in time, room not ready. Waited half hour asked to be transferred to another room. All good after that!!

The room and check-in were excellent. It's located right off of I-95. However the lobby is under renovation which diminished the breakfast offered and the breakfast was a construction zone. Great hotel with a so-so breakfast. I would return and stay again.

Good stay

It was nice. Still on Remodelation. We stay from the 23-25. Only bad thing was on the 24th they were drilling on the next door room at 7:50 am( for a short period)Need a little cleaning on the outside areas. And the water on our toilet was always running non stop. The staff is very friendly and welcoming also with anyone that has pets.

Great stay

We knew ahead of time that the hotel was under construction. Our room was brand new! Elevators were not working but we understand that it was part of the remodeling that they are going thru. Breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night. We will come back when we are in this area.
