WE WERE LOCKED OUT IN THE COLD FOR 10 MINUTES BECAUSE THE FRONT DOOR SENSOR DIDN'T WORK. I HAD ROOM 403. THE TOILET DIDNT WORK. THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT TOLD ME BECAUSE I RECEIVED A DISCOUNT THROUGH EXPEDIA SHE COULDN'T COMPENSATE ME FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. SHE GAVE ME A ROOM STYLE THAT I DIDNT ORDER WITH A SMALLER BATHROOM. AND SEVERAL PEOPLE HAD DOGS. NOT CLEAN AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

We stayed at this location because it was close to the Dayton airport and offered a free shuttle to the airport. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle driver was late taking us to the airport which was a little frustrating since we scheduled it the night before. And while our stay was good I need to mention that there is clearly a lot of wear and tear on this hotel. The furniture in the lobby is almost worn out, the walls have a lot dings and scratches in all the hallways, etc.

Our first room wasn’t clean. We showed front desk and they quickly upgraded us. This property is simply just undated and stained wallpaper. Friendly staff made up for it! Breakfast was nice and hot just in season but basic options.

It was very similar to the Hampton Inn we had enjoyed the previous night, which was great. Disappointed that hot chocolate and herbal tea were not available. Sad since we do not drink coffee or regular tea which was available to all. It was available and enjoyed in Bloomington, IL the night before.

The facility was dated such as wall paper on the walls, room doors exterior could use a refresh (paint) carpet clean and AC units old and vents need cleaned, tub caulk not clean needs replaced. In the area I guess my expectations were met however next time I may choose a hotel that has been renovated/updated a bit more. People very friendly and welcoming.

There are no drapes on the windows, only sheers. It was impossible to shut out the light from the neighboring buildings all night making it difficult to sleep.
