I was only in my room to sleep and they charge me a cleaning fee , when I barely was in the room. No new towels where provided, and no house keeping.

The stuff at the front desk managers house keeping are marvelous, professional make you want to come back. The rooms are sparkling clean . The only remark is the smell even after putting the air freshner all night the smell always comes back , ihope you will find a solution for it. I highly recommended

The rooms are all clean and very nice. But the entire hotel they use this device that aerosolizes some fragrance and it smells absolutely terrible. My room smelled like a bad. Snow cover up from smoke. I assume, but it wasn't a problem once we opened the window. You never noticed and the parking lot is not safe to be going outside away from the front door at night time. The staff were great and very hopeful , and our room was great and very clean

Expedia already charged me 72.64 for the one night . All good but the place charged extra 61.90 I have called asked for refund and still quiet no answered yet. I don’t want to double check the charged all the time ? What if I did not cátch this extra charge. Please get this resolve for me asap. I hate to keep calling the hotel. Regards , Yenson
