Our family is taking a sabbatical and offering our home while we are away to couples & families!
Our two-story home, 3 bedrooms, with an amazing backyard, upstairs playroom, and spacious layout is the great spot to spend a Texas spring and summer. We are 5 min walk from shops, coffee, & food! 10 min drive to downtown Dallas.
The space
Our home, built in 2005, is a single family home. The house has a driveway, two car garage, lovely front patio and porch. Downstairs is a dining/reading room, huge open kitchen, and living room with access to the back patio and our wonderful backyard! We have a bbq grill, shade, fan, and plenty of space for kids to play.
Upstairs you'll find the 3 bedrooms, laundry room, awesome playroom, and two desks. Our playroom can easily be used as a 4th bedroom with an inflatable queen air mattress.
Our neighborhood is one of the best in Dallas, Knox Henderson. It's a great kid-friendly neighborhood (tons of young families here) and you are a 5 minute walk from the shops, restaurants, and grocery (Trader Joes and Sprouts) stores of Lower Greenville.
Our home is 10 minutes from downtown Dallas (drive), 15 minutes from Love Field Airport (Southwest) and 30 minutes from DFW Airport.

Fantastic Stay for our Family!
This property was the perfect set up for our family - parents, toddler and live in nanny. It had everything we could possibly need for our toddler - we could've arrived with no toys and been totally fine. Full nursery, fully stocked playroom, high chair, learning ladder, outdoor set up with water table and toys. We actually didn't even unpack our toys that we brought for that reason. The home is also spacious, very charming with character, and in a great area if you want to explore Dallas. After our month long stay, it truly felt like home to us - it was hard to leave and we would've stayed even longer if it wasn't already rented by someone else. Zach was extremely responsive to any questions - goes above and beyond to make it a great stay and provided awesome recommendations for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to any of my friends or family and would stay there again if we needed to.
