The hotel since Jesus was born is very old inside they still have bath top they charged me for valet $59 each night The staff are horrible the worst customer service when you call front desk no flippers in the room no razor No water you have to request and they charged me for water I travelled the world never seen like this and when you check out if it’s after 12 you will pay extra Nothing good about this hotel the shower head will sprinkle water all over it’s crazy I hated this hotel thank his today my last day here I stayed 4 nights oh my god

Hotel is next to Reunion Tower, so easy to find. The soaring atrium is quite remarkable. Nice bartenders. I did not like the dust on the back part of the counter where the Keurig sits. Looks like they just dust the front part because moving things is a hassle.

The smell of sewer was so strong in the lobby I could not stand to be downstairs. Not sure what the issue was but the entire downstairs lobby smelled like raw sewage. The rooms did not smell but the lobby was horrid.

I can not name one thing I liked about this property. I’m not a pick person but the cleanliness of the room the one microwave being on a different floor and the bathroom smelled like sewage. It hate that I booked this room. I thought with it being Omni it should’ve been nice but absolutely not
