Hotel is next to Reunion Tower, so easy to find. The soaring atrium is quite remarkable. Nice bartenders. I did not like the dust on the back part of the counter where the Keurig sits. Looks like they just dust the front part because moving things is a hassle.

The smell of sewer was so strong in the lobby I could not stand to be downstairs. Not sure what the issue was but the entire downstairs lobby smelled like raw sewage. The rooms did not smell but the lobby was horrid.

Location is good and hotel looks nice with easy access to observation deck for Reunion Tower. Self-parking was all outside in a surface lot and down a hill and across a busy street. Limited dining options with one restaurant closed for renovation.

very convinient to convention center. although they tried to send us to a different hotel due to alleged over sold situation eveb though we had a pre oaid room reservation. it was very uncomfortably situation we had to ask for tge manager to step in to resolved, but it took 1 hour to check in!!

Got the one bed king suite which is the best room as it’s Morden. Views and room were great. However cleaning staff and communication from certain Caucasian and Asian staff members were not great.
