I love the service. My stay was awesome, the only thing was the pool was too cold and the parking was a little difficult because all the retail and restaurant guesses were park in the front and near areas of the complex.

Close to a stores and it quiet. The only thing i dislike is the internet. How in this day where the internet speed is only less than 8 mbps. Download a file that is 200 mb took 30 min to 1 hour to finish. Watching a movie on your laptop is just pause every 5 min. So it wasn't enjoyable to watch.

First of all, it was super fresh in there so that's a huge plus for those that aren't used to the heat or humidity. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities we needed were there and intact. Going back to the freshness, the ac was wonderful in there, it felt like an igloo at times. Also, the breakfast offered was the best breakfast we've had in a hotel, thank you for that. We didn't get to use the gym or pool this time but next time we stay here we will for sure utilize that as well! Lastly, the courtesy waters saved our lives, thank you for that as well. It was our first time here and it won't be our last, the staff was very welcoming, we truly enjoyed our time here!

Great location for hotel! Around so many shops and food options around. It was crazy to stay when the internet was down but the staff was amazing! They were very accommodating and made sure we had a great stay! The only down was the walls are a bit thin highly recommend bringing a sound machine to drown the sounds

Nice place to stay in an up and coming area. Parking was difficult as hotel had limited spots. Had to park in mall lot and walk. Definitely would return if ever in Dallas.
