Room was clean, very spacious, good lighting, visible clock. Front desk was accommodating and very helpful and sensitive to our needs. We visit family in Richardson and plan to stay at Doubletree from now on. Thank you!

The hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating. Dirty, old, shower does not work properly, furniture is old, beds are not comfortable. Air conditioning does not cool. I have nothing good to say. I will never go again.

The location is good, lots of good restaurants near by (walking distances), the bed and pillows are very firm so it was super uncomfortable for me but overall the stay was nice. .
