There is a 20' boat dock to tie your boat up to as well and a fish cleaning station for your catch of the day! There are 3 kayaks on the property for you to enjoy all the beautiful canals and bay. The world famous Three Sisters Springs just few minutes by boat or kayak! Watch the local manatees swim and play in your own backyard. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood! Ride to the local bars/ restaurants, shops and festivals like the Stone Crab Jam!
Enjoy the tranquility of your private oasis with a private pool and hot tub just steps away from your back door. Enjoy the beautiful summer evening by the fire pit. Relax with a cocktail at the bar seating overlooking the canal and watch the manatee and fish swim by. One of the property's best features is the summer kitchen with a tiki hut
This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The second floor has the master as well as the guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. There is also a large media room with a big screen TV and comfy media chairs for movie night!

Excellent house, great location, awesome owner
My wife and I had a great time over the holiday weekend. Invited friends over for the day to kayak and have dinner and drinks by the fire pit on the water. Excellent communication with the owner and had no issues. Wife enjoyed the hot tub while I sat by the water and practiced my guitar. Couldn’t have been a better mini vacation. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub and fishing from the dock. We were able to launch our kayaks and paddle out to the bay. Communication was quick and helpful! We will definitely be staying again!

A Wonderful Stay
Had a wonderful stay, and appreciated the personal interest & interactions with Rebecca. Coupled with great weather and the Crystal River area mostly back from the hurricane, highly recommend a visit. The backyard Tiki bar, pool, and hot tub is a great combination... spent much time there. Had breakfast by the canal most days. Wish the kitchen was a little larger and the welcome book had a tad more info, eg, operating the tvs. That said, one of our best VRBO experiences. Gary & Deb

Best Property Manager Ever!
Our stay was planned and then 2 hurricanes hit this area. We were so worried about the condition of the house and the area. Rebecca was amazing!! She didn’t just message me, she picked up the phone and called me after each storm with updates and to ease any fears I had. She went above and beyond and it was so appreciated. Also, the house and all the amenities were amazing!

Family get away
Despite the challenge of hurricane Debby, Rebecca was fantastic. We didn’t have to cancel our vacation. We love crystal river and this house was perfect for our family. We spent lots of time in the pool and having the kayaks was great. Definitely recommend.

Loved All The Little EXTRAS!
This was our second time in Crystal River for scalloping and this house was a comfortable home base after a day on the water! We appreciated the hose at the floating dock (no checking ropes in the middle of the night for tide changes!) to rinse the boat, a full cleaning table with hose for cleaning our shells, refreshing pool, high end gas grill, multiple dining table options, true black out curtains, plenty of room in the driveway, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery shopping, and a full binder of easy to follow instructions on how the house runs with lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to see. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Father’s Day River Get Away
Pros - House is super clean! Plenty of kitchen comforts, and towels and linens are fresh. The backyard is where it is at! There is a beautiful patio/outdoor kitchen, with great lighting and a dock with a floating dock attachment easy for launching SUPs and Kayaks. Even a few Kayaks provided. The pool was refreshing and the landscaping was even well manicured. Cons - The movie screen is broken and no longer works, they did add a 65in TV however you will need to move the furniture around for everyone to see. There is only 1 round giant bean bag chair now as we never saw the other one pictured. Garage door was broken (understandable) and the AC was crippled and awaiting repair. We were told not to open any of the shades or windows if we wanted to keep the house cool. This is disappointing if you are wanting to get away for a change of scenery. I understand these things happen but none of them were revealed to us until the day of travel. Even a pool attendant came through the back yard and just started cleaning the pool, while we were in it. Also there are only 4 tall chairs on the back patio as when we arrived 2 broken ones were in the garage. There are NO TVs in any of the rooms just an FYI. Overall this was a great stay and a beautiful house. Property management gets back to you pretty quickly.

Beautifully quiet
The pictures dont do it enough justice. Theres plenty of room to spread out with family and still have enough privacy to accomodate everyone. The kayaks provided were 2 tandem and 1 single which worked perfect for us. We got to observe multiple manatees on multiple days. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling and chillin outside all day. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great property!
Great location, gorgeous backyard/pool/tiki area. Clean and well equipped. Favorites from our time here were using the tandem kayaks and soaking in the hot tub every evening. We saw 2 manatees at the floating dock, which my 17 and 12 year old loved! Communication with host was impeccable. She anticipated our needs and made great recommendations (First Friday) that we enjoyed. THe house is close to the cute downtown area. We walked to 3 Sisters from the house and to Waterfront Social (yum) easily. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Girlfriends Get Away
What a wonderful trip. This property was fantastic and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. We fished, kayaked, cooked out, cold water plunged in the pool and warmed up in the hot tub. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area was the most popular spot for morning coffee, afternoon chilling and evening meals. Rebecca, the property manager, was amazing and super responsive. Due to recent unfortunate flooding and tornadoes, the spa motor went out and Rebecca had it replaced and back in order with a couple of hours. We will be back!!!

We stayed at the property for the first half of fall break. It was a perfect mix! My big kids kayaked with their Dad and went looking for Manatees (found them!) and my littles stayed in the pool 24/7. Rebecca is fantastic! Great place if you’re looking for some quiet.

The pool and hot tub were great. The tiki bar and dock area were perfect for hanging out. The floating dock is 20' and the depth in the canal is good enough for larger boats. Property manager was very easy to contact and helped out if we had any questions. I highly recommend.
