I reserved this hotel specifically for the hot tub. I called before we came to make sure it was in working order. The first time I used the hot tub it was nice and hot but the jets were not working. I went to the front desk and told them and they were able to get the jets working. Went down the next morning to use the hot tub again and it was lukewarm and jets were not working again. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

We love this property! Great for the kids as we travel over here a ton for Cincinnati Children’s. Staff is always amazing as well. Stayed over 10 times now the last year and haven’t had a bad encounter once.

The pool is in need of serious repairs. There are multiple chunks of the pool floor missing. The pool and hot tub are disgusting. The water is so cloudy and poorly filtered. The rooms were not terrible. The towels are not being checked after washing. The bedding is either not being checked after switching sheets out, or they aren't being changed at all.
