The staff was very friendly and helpful only thing i found rude was 1 of the cleaning ladies was to busy on her phone id ask her a question she would say hold on then start texting on her phone and ignore me and when i asked again she got mad at me

If the hotel is going to cator to schools and clubs they should open the banquet room for them to at least eat their breakfast so the other hotel guess can sit at a table in the breakfast room.

Great staff at check in and for anything we needed. Older facility which shows in the building. Ie, peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, old beat up baseboards. But these things didnt affect our stay! Comfortable beds, easy breakie, kids loved the pool. There are a lot of parents that ignore their kids, so the pool is a bit unhinged at times, but we still enjoyed our time there.

When we need to stay overnight in Courteney we always book at Bayview. The rooms are clean, quite and spacious for our family. We love the waterslide who doesn’t right?!

Great stay. The young man at the desk was incredible. He was very kind and offered suggestions for plenty of things to do, places to see, restaurants and bars, and more. He is an ideal person to represent your business. Breakfast being included was a great bonus. Tons of kids in the pool area during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the pool or waterslide. Facility is in nice condition. I like how they have EV chargers on site, which more hotels should do. Would definitely recommend.
