When i recieved my room it was not cleaned.. beds were striped, garbage all over. They apologized and gave me another room. The beds were VERY hard .i can't do hard beds with my back so my sleep was awful. If you like hard beds then you would love this hotel. The hotel was very clean and looked nice.. the continental breakfast, hands down, was one of the best I've been to.. they had a lot of options... staff was nice... all in all, not a really bad place to stay.. I've stayed at worse...

The hotel is not 5 star hotel but decent. The water in the pool was a little bit cold. The breakfast was acceptable. The hotel needs renovation. The price was better than most hotels. The bed was comfortable and big enough for two people. I will stay again.

It was well-maintained, comfortable, and pleasant. Staff was courteous and friendly. They gave us a list of rules that some people might not like, but we loved the fact that they enforced quiet time curfews, required children to be supervised at all times, etc. Very quiet. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Moldy and damp

The room we were given on the third floor was dank and moist and smelled like mold. We asked for a different room and were given one on the first floor that smelled a little bit better but had a portable dehumidifier in the room that I’m sure helped. The main light switch in this room didn’t work but it was late and we needed our kids to sleep so we hunkered down for the night. The basin in the dehumidifier filled up in the middle of the night and gave out a series of shrill beeps waking us up. We awoke to the same strong mold smell and moistness in the air. As we looked around we noticed there was rust on almost all of the metal surfaces and fixtures in the room, indicating long term moisture exposure. They obviously have a mold problem and are not doing enough to mitigate it. It isn’t clean or safe.

NIGHTMARE!!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! If I could give a zero for rating that is what this hotel would get! Not only was this hotel nasty and has an overwhelming odor of mold they also have horrible customer service. We arrived around 1:30am due to work and a 6 hour drive. We were checked into our room and then unpacked the car and twin 8 year olds to open the door to our room and see a DIRTY room ....yes a dirty room that beds were not made and garbage everywhere!! Went back to the front desk to be told that because computer system was down and they are unable to know which other rooms where available. After an hour of calling other hotels to see if anything was available and the guy at the front desk personally going and knocking on doors for vacant rooms at 2am we were sent to another hotel that was approx 100$ more than this hotel which we had booked approx 4-5 weeks prior to our stay. We are told by the front desk that the manager will be in contact with us the next day and compensation would be made for the inconveniences. Next day, recieve a phone call from sleep inn that our room is now available and we can come back so we check out of the hotel they sent us too after paying $210 for the night to then receiving a phone call stating that their "just kidding" they no longer have a room!! What a joke 😡 So we had to find another hotel which was very expensive!! Cost more for 2 nights then our original entire 3 night stay @ sleep inn. Contacted sleep inn numerous times through

First was not told about the 200 cash deposit for booking thru Expedia and was told since I called and spoke to a very nice lady she would let me waive it. But then still had to give my card after that was suppose to be okay not too but sign a paper. The room was not very clean at all but not the worst I have seen especially working in hotels myself. I know I booked a room with tub/shower and got a stand up shower that my son barely fit in at age 16. Curtains were definitely gross and needed to be addressed. Carpets needed swept more. Overall will not be staying here again.

Overnight stay

I have have stay here several times in the past year and have always had a great experience. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when we are in town.
