Have to leave early did not get a refund

I had to shorten my visit because my father was discharged from Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital early and we requested a refund of one day. Have not received any type of refund.

The property was under construction which I had no knowledge of when I booked the room. The first room I was given had 2 loud blowers in it and the front desk clerk said she wasn’t aware they were in there. She did give me another room after I requested it. The parking lot was being redone so there was limited parking and the front entrance was taped off during part of our stay. Good things were the front desk clerk was nice and helpful and the room we stayed in was clean and the pool was open even tho there were parts under construction as well and roped off.
