People above me were constantly stomping around all night. People were slamming doors at 2 am. Except for the staff member that checked me in, the rest of the staff was short and rude. Maybe it’s just me but, I think people in Hospitality industry should be hospitable.

facility and room were fine. desk receptionist was not friendly (didn't even say hello) and extremely unconcerned. volunteered zero information. had to ask location of elevator , breakfast location and time and info re: wifi. all the while messing with her cell phone. very poor service and attitude.

Overall, this was a great property. We felt safe and comfortable. We did not get to stay more than a few hours because it was a Quick trip. But based on what we saw, we did book 6 rooms for a future date in November. Great Hotel
