I have nothing bad to say, it was an excellent experience. Impressive lobby with very friendly staff, fantastic rooms and amenities, and right on the beach with wooden walkway and rinsing shower, and full size coffee pot in room. My brother and I came to watch a launch, and already planning on bringing our families down to stay here again.

The apartment was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. We will definitely revisit this resort in the future.

Our stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach by VRI Americas was fantastic. The beachfront location offered stunning ocean views, and the proximity to the Kennedy Space Center made it a great base for exploring the area. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a cosy living area and bedrooms. The resort’s amenities were impressive—an outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and even an on-site theatre. Beach access was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this resort is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday or exploring the Space Coast. We would definitely stay here again!

Mutiple generation family trip after cruise. A wonderful time had by all ages. Beautiful property with many amenities and activities to participate in. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything anyone would need for a great vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Great time at Cocoa Beach!

The property is older but it was very nice. We received excellent customer service. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay prior to our cruise. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and thw food was great. Careful though, the top shelf drinks were $30 each! We would definitely stay again. The only thing that would have made it better was shuttle service to the Port.
