Staff was very friendly, and helpful. The location is close to beach, and Ron Jon’s. We have stayed there many times, always a great experience.

I liked the location and availability of food options nearby. My hotel room had roaches, what looked like blood in the carpet, smelled like marijuana, and the toilet had issues flushing properly.

We just needed an overnight stay before a cruise. This hotel is perfect for that. Mya helped to check us in as soon as a room became available. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. Several fast food restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. Cruise terminal was about 15 to 20 minutes away. Definitely would stay here again.

Advertised as having a pool but its actually pool access a block away, mattresses were severely stained and broke in and empty liquor bottles left in the room.

I was shocked that there was black mold in the bathroom. Bedding looked old. All rooms needs to be updated. We were there for 3 days before our cruise room never got cleaned. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

During a hurricane, I had to be moved to a different room because the AC unit got sucked into my room! What did they do? Move me to the TOP FLOOR at the height of Hurricane Milton. I ended up spending several hours in the lobby, since I heard something very large falling on the ceiling. Funny thing? I went there to be safe during the storm.

Maintenance

Our room had a toilet that overflowed when we flushed it. It was raining and our ceiling was leaking water. The lights went out so we had to use the stairs. There were backup light in the stair wells but none of them worked but the one one the first floor so you had to use the stairs in the pitch black. I Think this hotel needs alot of maintenance.

Very convenient place, great bed. Tv remote didn't work and the batteries they replaced them with also didn't work. Remote should just be replaced. Other than that, it was fine.

Super nice people

Steve I believe was his name was fantastic during check in. We got the family suite was good enough for a night before cruise! Some rust spots on shower and Cabinets could be realigned but not as bad as some of the other reviews said.
