The team was very friendly and truly welcomed the opportunity to help you. Whether it was Shauna on the Shuttle from the airport or Wilma at the front desk, the courtesy and provided a "welcome home" feeling. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and nicely appointed with some funky retro touches like the phone and clock styling. To be clear, the amenities like the flatscreen TV are new, just giving a cool vibe. The shower was spacious and plenty of toiletries.

The room was so cheap I what expecting much. But what a surprise! I really enjoyed my stay. Everything is spotless and well maintained. I really dig the decor and attention to detail too. The staff were so friendly!

Very nice

The room was very clean and there was a nice selection of foods at the breakfast bar. On top of that, it is very close to the airport (about a 7 minute drive in very snowy conditions). Overall, it’s one of the nicest hotels I have been to in Cleveland and will likely book another stay again when I have a long flight.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious. Breakfast was simple: eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes, cereal, bagels, muffins, poptarts, fruits. We had a view of the airport and NASA glenn research center. The free shuttle was perfect and also took people to a couple nearby restaurants like the Aviator. Overall good experience for the price. We were there for one day.

Really like the size of the room. While I was there was a strange energy charge on my account multiple times and someone told me that Fairview Park charge that I’m starting to not believe that there, my identity was stolen and money came out of my account continuously. I don’t know if it was one of the people that worked there, but I made a report to Capital One and I’m going to file a police report at the Fairview Police department
