FANTASTIC! Very pretty, well taken care of, would stay at this hotel anywhere I went! The staff was on point! Very nice, fast, and attentive! Bed was comfy, room was very clean, not stuffy and so easy to fall asleep!
This is a great location to stay if you are visiting UC. While it was extremely pricey, I really appreciated the convenience of the valet parking. The hotel was very nice, but the paid breakfast was a turnoff. This morning a fire alarm went off several times for an extended period of time, and I had to call 2 times to the front desk to find out what was going on. In the end, I enjoyed the location but I think I might search around the next time for other options that are less expensive.
Great support. Nice staff. Clean room. I never have in-room coffe from the machine but this one made pretty decent espresso! Valet parking was nice and attendant was very helpful.
The staff did an excellent job taking care of its guest. They were very proud of the hotel and all it had to offer and they were eager to share that with everyone. The hotel has so much to offer and it is bright and clean. The most impressive thing was how amazing the lobby and common areas smelled. Golden bamboo is wonderful.

Disliked: Staff & service
Money wasted
After entering the details and intended date of my stay and was in the process of paying, it asked to install Hotel.com app. I did so, then went back and paid, but somehow the date auto changed to 2 weeks later than I wanted. I immediately contacted them and after 1.2 hr. long hold they said I would have to request a refund, but it was non-refundable. I sent the refund request anyway They never replied. So I was charged but never stayed there. Never using hotels.com again.....very disappointing indeed. From now on im booking directly with service provider, not using third party app.
Quirky, clean, and luxurious rooms. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Didn't love valet-only parking, and parking was too expensive, but the area is dense and the valet staff were great.
All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The Hotel was new, so everything looked clean and fresh. The bar staff were fun to converse with. The cocktails were well made. The wine list was small and could use some work. Even the Valet was personable. Staff allowed us to meet with friends in the lobby area and socialize while sipping some wine. We had a good stay.
