Stained duvet. Lucky it was warm and only needed to sleep with the sheet. Very noisy neighbours.with non paying guests. After complaining to reception at 2am noise continued till 430am. If you can sleep with paper thin walls and noise id recommend this place. Not a place I'd would be back to visit

After the 4 am fire alarm (which wasn't their fault) a very large and noisy air conditioning/heating plant woke us up around 6 am and didn't stop until after 7 - it sounded like roadworks were inside our room. Room was shabby and sad. It was clean except the carpet which had seen better days overall very 😭.

Booked as we liked the tudor style,however our room was a budget motel room adjoing the property, furnished in the 1980's. WHEN YOU BOOK AND THINK YOU ARE STAYING IN A TUDOR STYLE MOTEL ONLY TO FIND OUT ITS A BASIC 1980'S MOTEL...DISSAPOINTING. Old and tired, burn mark in kitchen bench no ovenware to cook food in, only a basic microwave and a fry pan. No milk on arrival, tv not easy to operate, bed had a big feather bed spread on the mattress which made it uncomfortable, so stripped it off. Food for breakfast was good but not super warm, some mornings it was cold. Waiter never said good morning and when he reset tables if the previous person didnt use all the cutlery he reused it on the next setting. Best etiquette is to remove all unused items as people touch them to move them aside, and reset with cleancutlery every time. On 2 mornings we found dirty plates on the plate stack. If asked would i stay again.... simple answer NO.
