Location is great. We were looking for a location in the center of Chicago. The hotel itself is a bit special it is a shared location. Reception is on the ninth floor. Room is good but could use some maintenance loose wallpaper, damage on mirror etc. The high seeling makes it a very spacious room. View was on another flat but this was mirroring some views from the city. If you are not looking for lots of services from a hotel but want to be be in the loop this is a great choice!

Room-quiet; shower doesn’t have a door or curtain, duvet was thin which is a problem for those who like to sleep warm. Theatre District location made it close to a lot of attractions. Parking garage right around the corner was very convenient.

Stayed at the Cambria while on a baseball trip. Location is very central, easy to walk to a lot of highlights such as the Art Institute, Riverwalk, etc. I found the room very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great! Check-in was a breeze. A few small issues: I was told I could call down and let the front desk know I was checking out, to save me from going to floor 9 (hotel lobby) but nobody answered the phone on several tries. The things I missed was a room safe and a bath robe but I would still stay here again.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Chicago, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. One of the standout aspects of our stay was James, the doorman. As many other reviews have noted, he truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. His warm, professional demeanor made a great first impression, and he was always ready with helpful recommendations and a friendly smile. The hotel itself was decently clean, though it does show some signs of typical wear and tear. While the room and common areas were generally well-maintained, a bit more attention to detail could go a long way in refreshing the overall appearance. Despite these minor issues, the comfort and convenience of the hotel made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore the city. For anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Chicago with excellent service, the Cambria Hotel is a solid choice.

Really enjoyed my stay at Cambria Hotel. The room was pretty big, location was great close to transportation and parks and any of the staff I interacted with were more than pleasant and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel when you’re in Chicago!
