Stayed a week and every one of the desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. 24 hour free coffee and tea was awesome. Sound proofing for outside noises was great but sounded like a heard of elephants was upstairs. I would highly recommend staying here. Look forward to see if other properties they have match up.

Loved everything about this place. The location is very convenient, and quiet considering it’s near the airport. The staff were lovely, our room was clean and tidy, the bed very comfortable. The free parking and unlimited Costa coffee were the cherry on top.

I didn’t realize the Chicago marathon was going on. Hotel was clean & staff great. ECO friendly means a small fridge in your room. Must leave your keycard in slot inside for lights to work. One ice machine and microwave on first floor for entire 4 floors of the hotel. Typical free breakfast.
