I have no issue with the hotel. I do however have an issue with hotels.com not understanding what a VAT receipt is. They gave me a number to contact and this number asks for an itinerary number, as soon as you enter that number, it's not recognised. Even the hotel itself doesn't recommend I use your app to book my stay with them. Very very disappointed with the service from hotels.com

It was just an overnight stay. The kids love and enjoy the stay! Most especially they enjoyed the breakfast 👍 the only downside pool was outside the hotel.

Definitely not somewhere for families to stay. Its in the centre of the town so lots of restaurants and bars around within walking distance. Very noisy into the early hours of the morning so we struggled to sleep due to the noise from people outside and those staying in the hotel. In hindsight not a location for families to stay with children. Much more for people looking for a good night out like the other patrons of the hotel.
