Strange smell in the room. Travelled 8 hours drive to get there and was too tired to muster a complaint. Had booked another room for two friends that ended up refusing to stay as their room was unacceptable with the foul smell. Chemicals used to clean masked the rotten smell present that my travel partners couldn’t bear. In the morning I had developed a headache and ended up deciding not to stay the second night so I packed up. Checking out I was told I wasn’t able to get a refund for the unused night’s stay. I ended up getting approval for a paltry refund maybe 1/3 of the room rent for the night. Lesson learned.

Last resort booking only.
Run down and no help or offer from front desk staff. Had to pay a 100$ fee at the beginning of stay for any damages. Called down once in room to inform them of all the damages present and they just said, "Yes, okay" I did get the fee returned but no offer to switch rooms or anything. Myself and child were extremely uncomfortable but no other hotels were available near the price we had booked. That hotel had gone up nearly 75$ too.

Decent motel, especially for an Oyo. Nice people, good location, very comfortable beds, and clean rooms. It's functional. The little things that can be fixed are little but easily done, for example, vacuuming out the lint from the bathroom vent.

Very run down, door had a gap under it,shower sprayed everywhere,sink facet would not shut off without messing with it,drapes would not open or close without a lot of force. Bed was comfortable though.

My stay was from the 20th-23rd. The room (133) has been remodeled and is nice, air works well, bed is comfortable. The tv did not work and when I asked, I was rudely told there was no satellite dish in that room and to watch tv on my smartphone or tablet. Really? In a Motel room? The bathroom sink squealed loudly when I turned the cold water on too far, I didn't even bother to report that since the tv issue didn't go well. The back yard outside of my door was an overgrown weed patch. People were smoking way to close to the building, front and back, so I walked through second hand smoke every day. I could have overlooked all of that if the staff had even tried to be nice, but they made no effort at all. I was truly surprised and disappointed by the total lack of customer service and I'm not a high maintenance traveler. I didn't need room service every day and left the room basically the way I found it. And now, I see a $9. rounding off fee on my bill that wasn't disclosed, just added on. Will not stay there again.

What a dump. TV remote did not work. I had to have someone come to fix it. The toilet kept running after flushing. I had to open the tank lid and manually reach in to put the rotting rubber stopper back over the flow hole so that the tank could refill again. I had to do this numerous times before management came to replace the rubber stopper with a new one. The next issue was the bathtub wouldn't drain properly. I had to keep jiggling the drain handle because the tub would only drain for a moment and then stop. So it was stop and go stop and go with me jiggling the handle the entire time. I went to the office and reported everything and requested to be put in another room only to be told another was not available. The man from the front desk came later to fix the toilet but the tub issue was never taken care of. I paid for two nights lodging. The second day i did not get any new towels or washcloths. I did not get any replacement bags for the two wastebaskets. On the top of the high desk of sorts, there was some type of oily substance. I wiped it away with kleenex and the tissue was covered with a dirty grime. I took a picture of that sickly finding. The only chair in the room was soiled with big spots. I have stayed in economical places before but this is the first time I have ever needed to report such annoying, disgusting conditions. Sylvia Rivera
