Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for a Panthers game. Our only disappointment is the fitness center was shut down and there was no notice of this when we made our reservation.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only issue is that I had to tell the person at the front desk that my parking and wifi were paid for through Orbitz.
