We were rudely awaken in the middle of night by an emergency alert asking us to take the stairs to the congregation space. This alert was due to a malfunction. It was scary, it ruined our rest for an event the following day, on which we had already going to miss an hour due to DST, and we never got at apology from the facility. Ridiculous.

It was a wonderful getaway. The water in the shower was very hard coming out. And the bathroom had hair all over it. But other than that I can’t complain about anything else.

Bathrooms are nasty, tile needs to be clean there is a lot of mold or bacteria. staff can't answer simple questions. Like Do you have discounts for companies that have more than 3 employees staying at the hotel. " YOU HAVE TO CALL SO AND SO. They should be able to answer this question.

The malfunctioning shower drain made the tub fill up. The toilet was too low and the tank cover was the wrong size. The hotel wouldn't honor my husband's Veteran status with free breakfast, never told us ahead that it was because we booked through you, Expedia.

Definitely like it!

Overall the hotel, frontdesk and the room is nice except the tub draining slow in our bathroom. The breakfast area is in the resturant with bar, the setting very nice, you can see the falling leaves from the resturant in Autumn. The gym and indoor pool spectacular designed when you walk into the hotel. Enjoyed the staying in Double Tree very much so..

Great to bring your dog

Beautiful and super reasonably priced! We brought our dog and had plenty of outdoor spaces for him to explore including a huge "backyard" behind the hotel where we could throw his frisbee. The restaurant was very good, and the pool and gym were lovely.

The hotel and staff were great but the other people staying were horrible, no respect for us, a lot of noise, laughing yelling loudly, the next room had the TV really loud, hard to fall asleep but the hotel staff was very responsive and took care of it

Average, but clean facility and nice staff. $$$

Clean hotel. Mattresses were good. Sometimes that's the best you can ask for. We felt the hotel was overpriced for just 'an average' room with some outdated features. We could also hear the neighbors above us and beside us, so wasn't very peaceful.
