Loved their wine hour, and courtyard which we enjoyed. It was a great place to sit and eat. Also liked their friendliness, and service. Only thing which could be a problem for some is the parking, but if you don’t mind walking 5 minutes, it is great. Location is fantastic right across from the market with many dining possibilities close by.

I absolutely loved staying at The Meeting Street Inn, I arrived in the evening and was helped to the most wonderful room with a private balcony. The room was large and beautifully decorated, wide plank wood floors, large clean bathroom, great sitting area and large walk in closet. I wish I could have extended my stay! Great location in the heart of the historic district, great walking neighborhood. I will surely be going back when visiting Charleston.

We are repeat customers of this charming, well maintained Inn befitting historic Charleston. It is super conveniently located, you can walk to all the sites and best restaurants. Lovely fountained garden to sip your coffee, meet people or enjoy the afternoon glass of wine and cheese. We highly recommend it.

Two people at desk when i arrived and neither addressed me. The phone rang and one of them answered it. A few more minutes passed and i was ignored. Another couple walked up and one employee looks up and asks if they need help checking in! Ridiculous and unprofessional. Room smelled bad. Wall unit A/C. Humid room. Uncomfortable bed and linens.

Not your cookie cutter hotel. Great character, ambience. Staff was great. We loved breakfast in the court yard. Walking distance to many local features. Will probably stay there again if we make it back. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

The staff is just amazing, so friendly and welcoming. They have a terrific breakfast and a cute little happy hour. The building is in need of a few repairs, but nothing major. Great location - highly recommend!

Size of room and the balcony. Also staff were pure hospitality at its best. Wine and cheese at night and Continental breakfast. Very convenient to downtown activities. Definitely would stay again. Oh, did i mention the remarkable staff!
