Chalet Croix des Pècles is a popular stylish chalet, located in the highly desirable area of Les Pècles. This large chalet (210 sqm) is well furnished and positioned in a great location very close to the town centre. The chalet has the most spectacular, uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc and the Mont Blanc Massif, and mountains are visible from all sides of the chalet.

The chalet sits in its own grounds, with off road parking and has a flat, lawned sunny south-facing garden. Inside it is bright, airy and spacious with high ceilings throughout.

The interior is furnished to a high specification with quality modern fixtures and fittings, making for a comfortable stay. The smart kitchen is newly fitted with an excellent range of appliances (2 Neff ovens, a 5 ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer), smart crockery and cutlery, and a wide range of cooking items. The beds are fitted with premium quality deep, pocket-sprung mattresses, goose down duvets and pillows, and high quality linen to ensure a good nights sleep. Towels and hairdryers are provided, and free wifi is available throughout the chalet.

The internal accommodation comprises of a spacious, sunny open plan sitting / dining / kitchen area opening onto a large south facing balcony, 5 bedrooms (sleeping 10 people) spread over 3 floors, a large boot room and a laundry room. The layout is versatile and suited to groups of friends, families, or a group looking to have a holiday whilst being able to work remotely at the same time.

Les Pècles, well-positioned on the sunny side of the valley, is situated close to the many facilities Chamonix has to offer. A short and, importantly, flat walk (3 minutes) will take you to the town centre with its many bars, shops and restaurants. The main bus station is a 5 mins walk, the main ski lift a 15 min walk, the main train station 15 mins away, and there are several bus stops just minutes from the chalet which provde access to all of the ski areas in the Chamoix valley.

With spectacular views of Mont Blanc and a stones throw from the many shops/bars and restaurants the location couldn't be better. Following a challenging day in the mountains you can have dinner enjoying Mont Blanc views and then curl up in front of the wood burning stove or head into town to one of the many restaurants.

Perfect stay
The property was perfect for our stay; very clean, bright and with modern appliances. Great views to Mont Blanc which we could enjoy from the garden or balconies. Just a short walk into Chamonix town centre and all that it has to offer. Esme was very responsive to any queries we had. We had a great time!

Good location for town
It was an easy 5 minute walk to the end of town with bars and restaurants. The chalet host was very helpful and switched around a bedroom into a double very quickly for us. The chalet was well equipped and the boot room in the basement was very useful for storing skis and other bags to keep your bedrooms free of clutter. Both bathrooms were on the top floor but the middle floor was large and open plan with the kitchen, dining table, lounge, fire and another bedroom. We did have to Google how to work the hob but got it working. The oven was fine to use as it was the same as mine at home. Lovely view of Mont Blanc from the back balcony so we sat on the 2 recliners in the morning with coffee. The boys did drive to the lifts in the end but we saw many young people carrying their skis.

AMAZING- 2nd stay- highly recommend
This was our 2nd trip to this property and we absolutely loved our stay. The proximity to town and views are absolutely incredible. The owner is always responsive with any needs, and incredibly accommodating. We had a 4 month old with, and stayed in the downstairs apartment and it was the perfect place to get him some quiet time. We stayed with another family that had 3 young children and the open concept house is so great for enjoying time together while watching the kids play. The deck overlooks the beautiful mountains, where you get full sunshine all day, and again can watch the kids play in the backyard. I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Chamonix.

Great value chalet
We had a fabulous short break at this lovely chalet. Traditional from the outside it was modern, light and stylish inside. The fixtures and fittings were high quality and the beds very comfortable. The chalet views are incredible and the location was perfect. The chalet is great value for the money and is probably a bit undersold on the website. We will definitely be coming to stay again.

Great chalet - very well located, with great views.
A very enjoyable stay at the chalet with a family group of 6. Main bedroom is outstanding, bedrooms 2 & 3 were good/ fine. Bedroom 4 sofa bed was a problem for some of our party, but other bed options were available. Well equipped with great kitchen and good tv/ video. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Big ski room, laundry facilities and off street parking, close to the centre as advertised. Would definitely visit again.

Magical experience for our family!
The chalet was beautiful, tastefully decorated with quality fittings and furnishings throughout. The location was perfect and was genuinely only a few minutes walk into town and to the bus stops to the slopes. (although the first day we walked in full gear to the gondola, easy for the under 45’s !! ) Our family of ten, 8 adults, a teenager and a baby enjoyed the space and comfort of the chalet. The slopes and weather couldn’t have been better for skiing/ snowboarding even the baby enjoyed sledging! Esmi the host was very helpful and accommodating throughout as was Lisa who looks after the property. The welcome gift was much appreciated and thoughtful. Everything was perfect for a truly memorable family trip. Thank you.

Chalet of Dreams - Five Star Stay!
This is the second time we have stayed at the property following a fabulous 50th birthday celebration last year, and we are already looking at dates to return late summer. It's starting to feel like a luxurious second home :-) Situated a stone's throw from the centre of town, the chalet and grounds provide us with the peace and privacy we crave while being only a short stroll to shops and restaurants, which for us, makes it the the perfect location. The property itself is stunning and we love the mix of modern and contemporary design touches against some traditional chalet style features. The kitchen is extremely impressive and well equipped which makes cooking for groups easy while the living area plus outside spaces are great for when we all want to hang out together, and give everyone room for time apart to read a book, snooze or sit back and enjoy the scenery. The balcony is a great spot for a glass of wine and the view is simply stunning. The host, Esme, is a joy to liaise with - prompt, knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly which made a world of difference. Nothing was too much trouble. We have recommended this all of our friends and can't wait to return.

Great chalet for family ski trip
We were 2 families, a total of 9 people sharing Esme’s lovely chalet. There was plenty of space for everyone, the beds were very comfy and it was nice and clean. The chalet is well equipped and there is a good stock of cupboard essentials. Also some nice touches like bath and shower products and a good selection of movies to watch. The chalet is in a great location, an easy and quick to walk to the town centre and access to the Brevent cable car is just a couple of minutes drive (you could walk but it would be tough going up hill in ski boots!). Esme’s instructions were very easy to follow and communication with her was good. Would definitely recommend!

Great house in a central location for 10 people
Property was exactly as it was described. Location was ideal for walking to all Chamonix attractions, pubs , restaurants and supermarket. There was plenty of room for all guests to sit in the lounge for evening drinks and kitchen had all necessary utensils. Overall great place to stay and we would happily return.

Great living area, and most rooms good.
The living area is brilliant, as the the master and the 2 twin rooms. The location is good, with a ski hire shop close and brilliant. A good location for us. The owner also very helpful. Only criticism was that 2 of the bedrooms weren't brilliant. One very small, and can only use the bathroom upstairs. The other, a basement, which was fine other than the sofa bed which is never ideal. A good base for the money though.

Great location, great accommodation and fantastic snow
This was our first time in Chamonix but our 9th snowboarding trip to the area. Booking the chalet was simple and the owner was in contact frequently with helpful information. The chalet itself is lovely. Massive kitchen, seating for 10 people and loads of sofas and chairs round the huge tv. One double bed is off the kitchen and the other 3 upstairs. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe bigger than some double rooms we have had before! Large shower in the ensuite and a separate bathroom next door with bath. Really can’t complain about anything, a hot tub would be the icing on the cake for this amazing place but that’s a rare find in central Chamonix. Book this place, you won’t have any disappointments. Thanks for an amazing stay we will definitely book again.

Comfortable and Spacious Chalet
We had a fabulous 5 night stay at the property. It was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. It was very well equipped and met our needs perfectly. Communication with the owner, Esme was prompt and straightforward and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The walk into town was 10-15 mins. We stored our skis in a locker in town, close to one of the main bus stops. This avoided us having to walk back to the chalet in our ski boots and lugging our skis with us which was a good move. The only downside was coming home!!

Perfect Choice!
Having never experienced a skiing holiday before, we were somewhat in the dark. Fortunately, we found this little gem, along with it's fantastic owner! This is an absolutely beautiful fully equipped chalet within walking distance of town centre & it made our dream of the perfect Christmas a reality. Esme was amazing, she was in constant contact to ensure everything ran smoothly & her help with booking ski equipment & lessons was invaluable. Thoroughly recommended!

A lovely chalet in the centre of Chamonix
We booked this chalet as a group of 10 friends, looking for a half term ski holiday in Chamonix. The chalet was great, with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and located very close to the centre of town. It was equipped with everything we could have asked for and we had a fantastic holiday. Esme was incredibly helpful as a host and made the organisation of the trip very easy for us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this chalet to anyone coming to Chamonix.

Chalet Croix des Pecles
The chalet is brilliantly situated just up the road from the ski hire shop and within easy walking distance to the town, shops and restaurants. The chalet is warm and well equipped. The down-side for us as a family was that we don't think the web page described clearly the layout of the accommodation. It wasn't clear to us that we had to go outside and walk along the patio to access the fifth bedroom and third bathroom. This studio was in fact completely separate to the main house, which may suit some, but not us - it wasn't conducive for our family holiday. We liked the idea of an open fire but in the event it was unusable as some of the smoke came into the room and made it unpleasant and possibly dangerous. Chamonix itself was a perfect base to enjoy the whole area.

Good Chamonix Chalet
Loved this Chalet ,good for large groups, well furnished and good views of Mont Blanc It's a short walk into town and main bus stop which connects you to all areas ,also found a Ski Loc shop that will store your skis for 5e a day it saves lugging them there and back everyday . I would book this Chalet again if visiting Chamonix
