I was a little bummed the famous waterfall was broken, but otherwise a ver comfortable stay and right by IT park where there's lots of neat food spots and malls. A major plus. The staff was amazing and kind, would stay again

Good location
It’s a nice hotel. The pool was a bit rundown but still a large pool I enjoyed. The casino doesn’t take credit card (at least when I as there). Centrally located, convenient.

The Hotel is Great!!!Staffs are polite and really doing their jobs..Its really convenient for me coz US consular office is located in the lower lobby of the hotel,which helps a lot of time. I love the room but just notice we font have slippers inside the room which is we really need coz its so cold inside our room..But overall,its really a good hotel to stay..😊

Property and staff was great. Room was nice and clean and had a wonderful sleep every night. Really nice gym and pool was great. Buffet breakfast was really bad. Food was cold and dried out and the same food was served day after day.

I booked this hotel for their nice pool, but the best half of the pool and the hot tub was closed for Construction. Yet there was no obvious signs of work being done or materials being stored for such work, There was no logical reason to close the hot. tube. Also the spa was rather ghetto looking, My wife had to have the massage woman come to our room.

Inspite of online booking with all details provided. registration took over 45 minutes. Early check in with additional fee payment was requested. Arrived at 9am - was told room will be ready at 10am and had to que up again behind 15-20 people to be told room not ready as yet. They could notify by Text . Eventually room key was offered at 2pm . Having flown from Australia to Manila To Cebu after over 24hrs travel time / wait time - it was pathetic attitude of the staff to be accommodative or helpful. No place to sit & wait - Lobby is the Drinks bar so you feel pressured to order drinks if you have to wait !

The staff makes the stay worth it.
It’s a decent place. Dated. Old accommodations. The AC was out, so it was rather hot throughout the hotel. But overall, worth $86 a night. Have stayed at far worse places. The staff is what makes it worthwhile though. As I’ve come to expect, Filipinos are the friendliest of people. Will bend over backwards to make you happy. Prices were more than reasonable on food and drinks. I was always treated with a smile. I look forward to staying at the sister hotel, Nustar. Cebu’s first and only 5 star hotel
