We were looking for a property close to Lakepoint Sports and this was the location was within walking distance which is a plus. I wish there were more dining options; however, there were plenty within a 10-15 mile radius. The staff was super friendly from check-in to check-out.

I did not like the dirt in parking area and the dirt on the 2 entrance rugs due to the construction guests staying there. These vehicles should be moved to the parking on the left side. Parking lot and entrance needs to be washed with hose. Otherwise, a very clean facility.

Travelocity booked me in a room that didn’t exist. The listed room was a double king. This property doesn’t have a double king and Travelocity had been told this repeatedly according to the hotel. So, instead of two beds I had to share a bed with my 15 year old teenage son.

There is little to no soundproofing. It sounded like the people above would come through the ceiling and beside us we could hear them just talking in normal voices. Windows are thin, loud trucks all night. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. We could still hear the ones running in neighboring rooms. The bathroom had clear areas of mildew in many places. The bed was a rock. Won't be back.

Property was well kept however wasn’t very walkable. Enjoyed eating breakfast at the hotel.
