We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Carnac, this charming studio entirely redone in 2022, located at less than 200m of the beach, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor in the heart of a wooded park without opposite, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a kitchen, a bedroom cabin, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, a sofa bed (140*190), a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with two bunk beds (90*190) and wardrobe.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A terrace of 14m2 exposed south west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, notably a Super U at 50m, but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Résidence calme, emplacement idéal 👍 Très peu de rangement pour 2 personnes, je n'imagine pas à 4 😥.

Appartement pas entretenu et ménage plus que sommaire
Equipement spartiate, notamment la vaisselle
Un seul placard, encombré par le linge de maison stocké, impossible donc de ranger nos affaires
Imprécision de l'annonce: parking indiqué dans l'annonce, ce n'est qu'en ouvrant les détails de l'annonce qu'on découvre que le parking est "à proximité"
Environnement: containers à poubelles à la sortie de la résidence non vidés ni nettoyés de toute la semaine (entassement de bouteilles en verre au pied)
Communication avec le gérant sur place: désagréments signalés à notre arrivée, aucune excuse ni proposition de ménage supplémentaire ou désencombrement du placard par exemple
