The cottage has 3 bedrooms (with carpet), one with walk in closet (master), with 1 bathroom (with shower), kitchen, living room and a back carport with close parking area. It has standard electric appliances, which also include central ac/heat, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is surrounded by nature, and in a quiet and safe part of town. It is located across from SIU (3 min), next to MassageSpa and Emma & Arnie’s Subs. It is located diagonal to McDonalds, near Hucks & Shell convenience stores.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom cottage with a back carport. It is located South of SIUC arena, just 3 minutes by car (15 mins walking) from the SIUC student center, and to Arnie’s Subs, and Massage Spa. Diagonal to McDonalds (free WiFi) and within walking distance to 2 gas stations / convenience stores ( Hucks and Shell).
It is just 15 minutes by car from Giant City State Park and several fishing areas.
