Great studio in Cape Town
This studio apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not utilize the kitchen much, but the location was ideal. Restaurants were very close and everything is a short Uber away. The host was very helpful and great at communicating despite being away on holiday which we really appreciated!

A Perfect Downtown Location
If you are looking for a place in the heart of the city, this is a great one. Places near-by to eat and shop and it is only a short drive to the Waterfront. I loved having a secure parking space (which is very important in any major city!)

The best place in Cape Town
You will not be one bit disappointed with this beautiful apartment. Perfect location, plenty of space, great views, liquor store next door, and kfc near. It was a redneck paradise. I’m sure that anyone would find their favorites a little different from mine. Give it a try. I’m a man of my word. Y’all won’t be disappointed.

Very clean and modern efficiency apartment! Centrally located. Excellent value!
This efficiency apartment was centrally located on a major street near the CBD and provided excellent value! We spent eight nights there while on our first visit to Cape Town. It was very clean and contemporary. The AC worked perfectly as did the wifi with a strong signal. We used Uber exclusively wherever we went in town and the typical one-way fare to the Waterfront was around $3. The Uber to the airport was $15. The owner, Katrin, was very responsive to our every need. We had an unexpected urgent matter to deal with on a Saturday and although Katrin was not in the immediate area, she quickly arranged transportation and a person for us to meet who quickly provided assistance. Remarkable! The apartment was very secure and the complex had a 24/7 receptionist. The owner ensured we had a swipe key for entry to the complex at all hours. The only area for improvement (and outside the owner's control) was occassional street noise in the middle of the night; however, it was minor. The facility had a pool and gym but we did not have time to use these amenities.

A great apartment in the heart of Cape Town
We stayed 5 nights at this studio apartment in the heart of Cape Town. We could walk to almost all the tourist sites. At night we used Uber to get around without a hitch. The apartment was clean and had every amenity you would need. Everything worked which is not always the case when renting a property. The owner stayed in touch to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She was very helpful in providing a contact in Cape Town who gave us a tour of the Cape of Good Hope and other attractions in the area. I would not hesitate recommending this location to anyone looking for first rate accommodations in Cape Town.

A great spot in Cape Town
We were delighted with our stay at this great little spot. The apartment was ideally located for exploring the city bowl and had everything we needed. It is a very short stroll to the lovely Company Gardens and an easy walk up to the Bo Kaap. The Crypt Jazz Club is also very cliseby and makes for a great night out. This bright, modern studio is in a very secure building with consierge in the lobby. Katrin was wonderful to deal with, and very welcoming. (Thanks very much, Katrin!) I'd highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay
We had a perfect stay, the apartment has the best location for the one who wants to be heart of the city. Uber takes you everywhere in a record time with cheap rates. High standards, beautify selection of furniture, total secure if this matters.

Wir bewerten nicht diese Wohnung, denn wir bekamen die sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung in Martinis Garden mit zwei Zimmern, super schönen Küche und Bad sowie kleinem Balkon und Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Lage ist sehr zentral gegenüber dem Company‘s Garden, den man unbedingt besuchen muss. Der reibungslose Ablauf und sehr freundliche Kontakt mit Katrin sind hervorzuheben. Das einzig störende kann der nächtliche Lärmpegel der umliegenden Bars sein. Doch bei geschlossenen Fenstern kann man in den sehr bequemen Betten gut schlafen oder man geht auf die Party. Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Top modernes Apartment
Wir haben 4 Nächte in dieser sehr zentral gelegenen Unterkunft verbracht. Alles sehr modern und sauber. Vermieterin unkompliziert und nett. My Citi Bushaltestelle gegenüber, von daher kommt man schnell in die verschiedenen Stadtteile von Kapstadt. Insgesamt für Paare sehr zu empfehlen.
