You will find this fantastic Villa with its outstanding southeast exposure on a large lot at the end of a wide canal in the southwest part of Cape Coral. You can start your boat tour to the gulf of Mexico from the large boat dock or use such to relax and enjoy the beautiful views across the water.
The Villa has an air conditioned living area of about 1560 sqft. The Villa has just become a great modern, comfortable touch with fresh renovating and redecoration and a new electric poolheater. The screened outside area is about 1080 sqft and has a covered terrace. The electric heated pool has a comfortable size of 30 x 13 ft. Enjoy the comfort offered in the living area. You will find a 75 inch Smart-TV with a Xfinity box and streaming options.
Most of your time around the house you will spend in the 1080 sqft pool area with the covered terrace (Lanai). You will have lots of fun splashing or swimming in the pool. On the terrace you will find 4 sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and a Weber Genesis II gas grill.
The three bedrooms are divided into the master bedroom with a king size bed, big Smart TV with Xfinity box and an adjacent master bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is also equipped withe a TV and Xfinity box.
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds (twin beds).
All mattresses in the house are new from 2023!
The two later bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilette. The bathroom has direct access to and from the pool area. All bedrooms are equipped with generous walk in closets. Use of linens and towels is included.
The high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan create a sunny, light, bright atmosphere. A full kitchen is provided with everything needed to cook a meal, as well as flatware, wine glasses and eating utensils. The large Kitchen has a counter top bar with 3 stools in the great room, so the cook is never left out of the party.
Laundry with washer and dryer (Samsung front loader) are just off the kitchen in comfortable AC. Wireless Internet is included.
For families with kids we have lots of amenities. There is a kids bed, stroller, car seats, baby seats and lots of water toys and a baby pool for your use. Less packing for you!
The fun game "Cornhole" for adults and a kids version, a big cooler and two fishing poles are also at your disposal.

Great weather and sunset view.
Our stay was perfect. Host was engaged well before the stay providing some information about the area.
Host was extremely flexible will all our needs as we came in on a late flight and required to check out later than expected.
I would like to say this will be a top place we will come back to if available for our next Cape Coral visit.

Outdoor fun
This house greets you with beautiful views. The common areas open up to a large pool with plenty of sun and shade areas. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our family of 5 enjoyed this space!

we arrived at the property at 7.30 at night
to find all was locked up and workman had stripped all roof shingles off there was black grit every were inc pool we had to let ourselves in through rear patio doors which would not lock next day we moved out to find another property as my daughter and grand children were coming
but did get my money back

Great Location
Nice open living area. Well stocked kitchen. The pool was a great place to be in the warm, sunshine. The owners and property manager were terrific addressing any questions or issues. Very pleasant home for our 3 week vacation!

Fantastic Stay
This property was the best rental experience me and my family have had. They had everything needed in the house including a fully stocked kitchen, childrens necessities, and plenty of activites for our kids to keep busy. The hosts had great communication and offered up many suggestions for places to eat/visit. Would stay with them again. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation
We were very happy with how clean the property was upon arrival. We did not use the boat lift but it was nice to know that was an option because we will definitely use it next time to make more use of the beautiful canals. We spent most of our time around the pool and had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location and well maintained
The listing pretty much sums it up; this clean, modern villa is tastefully decorated and very comfortable for vacationers who aren't looking for up-scale facilities at up-scale prices. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The pool was great and we even did some fishing off the pier with success!
The master bedroom was wonderful. The other two bedrooms could use some fluffier pillows and the beds were a bit hard but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Home Away from Home
We usually stay on Sanibel Island and because of Ian we could not. We did not know much about Cape Coral but this rental property was perfect for us! Very comfortable and quiet. Pool was wonderful and home had everything we needed. I would have loved to stay much longer. The owners answered any questions immediately which gave me peace of mind renting in a new, for us, area. Terrific Stay in SW Cape Coral
We loved the warm and welcoming ambiance and comfort that this lovely gulf side home provided. Cannot match the water views from all the rooms in this property. The layout of the home was perfect and the property was equipped with all the comforts of home and so much more. The hosts were extremely supportive and accommodating and responded quickly to any of our questions! We really enjoyed our stay and wish to return next year for a longer stay! Highly recommend this family friendly property.

Exactly what we needed
We were in town for my step dad’s memorial service. Because if the circumstances, my mom couldn’t host us at her house. This house was close to to my mom and perfect the group that came to support me and her during this time.
Our one disappointment was that the pool did not heat up even after speaking with Markus about how to turn it on. The weather was still nice enough to hang out outside yesterday before we had to leave.

Wonderful stay at Pelican
We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and had a wonderful stay here. Lars and Paloma are great hosts, responded immediately and answered any questions we had. The house is well equipped with lots of amenities. The view is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!!
