Sou cliente do hotel fazenda Sete Lagos há 15 anos, não esperava encontrar o hotel muito mal cuidado, almoço com comida fria, pouca reposição dos alimentos sendo retirados muito rápido não deixando os hóspedes a vontade, o jantar que foi a festa junina as carnes/espetos frio, não foi informado que não estava incluso a festa junina, como frequento há muitos anos a festa já estava incluso no valor da diária, pedimos café expresso com um pouco de leite e simplesmente ouvi que não tinha no local, informo que recomendei para parentes e acabei me decepcionando, não dá pra narrar tudo que aconteceu……. Etc……. Não recomendo!!
