The check-in process was absolutely ridiculously slow. Actually, it was probably the slowest check-in I have done in the last 20 years. Not to mention that I had already pre-paid for my stay.

Não é hotel para família. O check-in foi horrível, teve que fazer cadastro até da filha de 5 anos. Para usar wi-fi teria que fazer novo cadastro, ridículo. A qualidade do acabamento é ruim, como por exemplo na foto, uma luminária quadrada e outra redonda. O mostrador de temperatura do condicionador de as parecia uma luz acesa. O café da manhã foi um dos piores que já tive na vida... Alguns salgados de qualidade ruim, 2 tipos de pão, 1 bolo ruim, mais alguma coisa... Mesas para umas 10 pessoas, daí você está com a família escutando conversas de pessoas alheias ao seu lado. Eu não recomendo esse hotel para famílias, acho que deve ter sido pensado em funcionários que viajam a trabalho.

Quarto e café da manhã ótimos

O quarto era bem limpo e organizado, o que deixou a desejar foi a colcha que não estava cheirosa e parecia que não tinha sido lavada. Foi pedido outra colcha e a mesma se encontrava no mesmo estado (não estava com mal-cheiro, mas também não estava cheirosa). O chuveiro era excelente , possuía água gelada e quente, e o café da manhã era ótimo.
