A place to sleep, but nothing more.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The air conditioner took almost an hour to turn on. There was used toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived. Very run down. The breakfast consisted of only cereal, pastries, and a waffle maker. It worked for a quick place to sleep, but I won’t return.

Room was clean, if dated. Hallways on the second floor were dirty with spiders hanging from the ceiling. We did not stay the night due to a water outage that affected the whole area. Not the hotel's fault, but not mine, either. They would only refund the second night, but should have refunded both.

Carpeting was filthy and unvacummed. Over six spiders along walls with webs (different sizes and species) The bed was a king with four throw pillows instead of actual pillows. Room smelled like mildew. I was looking forward to a hot bath after traveling… the bathroom was renovated with no spigot and I was too tired to fill up tub with the shower head that had minimal pressure. Front window drapes were old and broken. We were on first floor and had to pin them closed with my hair clips. We left early. Only stayed one night instead of two and paid for different hotel. Would NOT recommend.

The room was a good value, I felt comfortable, slept well, the temperature was good in the room (very hot outside), I had everything I needed. Everyone working there was friendly and polite.

The staff was very nice. The rooms could definitely need an upgrade (they were very dated) but the staff was so nice and always working to keep the facility clean. We had one issue with a remote and the staff was super quick to resolve. Breakfast didn't have many protein options (yogurt, pastries and waffle maker), but again for the price paid it was fine.

We stopped here unplanned, for one night during a roadtrip and were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly welcome, clean room. Nice linens and shower. On a busy street wjich is good if you're travelling. Lots of restaurants in the area. Would stay again if passing through.

The staff was very good. The room, not so great. Looked nothing at all like the pictures. The sheets were stained, had to go get fresh ones and remake the bed. Carpeting was quite stained. The bathroom was pretty clean besides the shower curtain which needed replaced. Wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed in a recently remodeled room. The bathroom was new and spotless. There was a small desk, fridge, and microwave. My only complaint was the 3 am pounding on the door by the police. Apparently, there was a prank call about a man with a gun. The surrounding neighborhood looked safe, so I'm guessing just bad luck.

This is a cost effective place to stay for a night or two. Sure, it's an older property but it's clean, the beds are comfortable, ac works, showers are hot.

Good bargain.

I have stayed here several times over the last 9 years. It is a bargain and it's perfectly serviceable and scrupulously clean. Breakfast is a little thin, but not that different than many chain hotels. The building needs a refresh but that's to be expected from an older building like that.

Good place,good stay

Would have gave it 5 stars but could of had better interior lighting. Clean, comfortable,air conditioner worked excellent good parking,had a good feel about security and friendly desk staff, light breakfast but has a dairy queen next door

The guest room that I was in was #114, which was on the west side of the building. The room and bathroom was clean to very clean. The air conditioning worked well as the windows faced the west and it was 99-degrees at the time of my check-in. My only difficulty was having to wait for hot water for taking a shower. It took 5-minutes before the water was hot enough to enjoy a shower. Prior to that the water was mild to lukewarm. So, I turned on the water to wait for it to get to the desired temperature before taking a shower. This was just a little frustrating but, not unmanageable. The mattress was very comfortable and that made for an enjoyable night of rest and sleep.
