A fully-furnished 1100 sq.ft. condo located on the 24th floor nested in the heart of downtown is available. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a spectacular SOUTH WEST view of the CITY, MOUNTAINS, Stampede Park and the grand stand.
This beautiful building has heated underground parking, a fitness facility, hot tub, concierge's desk from 9am-5pm and 24hour security.
You are in the heart of the city, close to 100's of restaurants and shops, all within a short walking distance.
Going to the Stampede grounds or an event at the Scotia Bank saddle dome? You are litterally steps away!.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

- Please always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors.
- If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let Nikki or I know ASAP.
- Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee.
- Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit.
-Bring Fob everywhere in building to have access.
-Lost Fob will be result in $175.00 fee Lost keys will resulting in a $25.00 fee.

BEING LOCATED IN THE ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT THERE IS A LARGE NUMBER OF HOMELESSNESS IN THE VICINITY, UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS ONLY ESCALATED OVER THE RECENT YEARS. IT IS ONE OF THE ONLY DOWNFALLS TO THE AREA AND BUILDING. JUST SOMETHING TO BE MINDFUL PRIOR TO BOOKING.

I give it good marks for the cleanliness and view, the 24th floor is amazing view of the city. A full size mattress for two people, come on man! Plus the fact that it was worn out, the pillow top made little difference, my husbands back was a mess by the end of our stay. The location can be a bit sketchy with an addiction treatment facility across the street, but we were not bothered or hassled so it is just something to be aware of. Enjoyed the comfort, kitchen and the balcony. Good place for a visit.

Amazing !
Amazing place. Beautiful view of downtown and mountains. Spacious and nicely decorated. Both bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. Host was very responsive and friendly. As per the prior reviews, there are some interesting characters outside because of the shelter across the street but they didn't bother us at all. Would highly recommend !

I enjoyed this condo, it was a nice change from the hotels I stay at which are double the money and half the size. Not to mention the $50 valet service. On that note the underground parking was a nice touch. Great views, and decent amenities.

Great location to downtown, but also the homeless.
The condo is smaller than the pictures suggest. One couple would be fine. The dish sets are grouped in three. It is a 12 minute walk to downtown, that was great. The downside is the homeless sitting around the area, fine if a man is walking alone, but I would not let my wife travel by herself.

Love this place!
Let me start by saying the apartment is fantastic. It’s so cozy & comfortable. I could seriously live there. Some things that needed to be noted: First the process to get the keys to the place. You need to park outside first if you can find near by parking. Then use the call box to get buzzed in, get to the elevator in a certain amount of time to take it to the 24th floor to get the fob ( to garage parking) when you get into the garage’s first door, you need to wait for it to close before proceeding further (yikes, it’s a bad place outside) Go through the next gate ( then wait again). Finding the parking spot was easy enough but finding the door to get in the building was another challenge. Luckily, someone else was down there and we heard a door slam so we followed the sound. This could have been just us not reading directions carefully but this whole keys and parking situation was stressful for both my husband and I. The building is downtown and next to a homeless drug treatment center (I think that’s what it is) So there are some unusual folks outside. We were not worried about it the owner said they don’t bother anyone. We decide to walk to the liquor store just down the street. It was my niece who’s 22, husband and I. The walk there was uneventful. There were some homeless people hanging out, no big deal. On the way back same group started making rude comments to us and to be honest it was scary. We would stay again for sure. Just not walk outside

Trevor was an amazing host, responded time was pretty quick. We loved the condo itself very comfortable for a group of 3. And we loved seeing the thunder storms from a far, very beautiful. Although there is an Alpha house across the building, the people there were not any problem… nothing like other cities I been too in the US. The ice cream Nicki and Trevor recommend was 10/10 amazing.
