The views were amazing. Our room has a kitchen in it which we did not expect. Once we found out that the restaurant's in Blanco served off the menu for breakfast and lunch, the food was very good. The thing I wish they had is nighttime entertainment. Live music or shows. Not much going on at night.

The service and staff are wonderful. It is an older property so limited electrical outlets and limited hot water. Food is excellent in the main dining area, not so good by the pool. Avoid time share and hotel membership, they are very aggressive asking as soon as you check in

5th time staying here. We will be back. The staff is fantastic. The only thing i would suggest, is maybe get some table fans or something. The flies when your trying to eat are annoying. Other than that, the place is great

We had (2) suites for seven girls. The check-in was rushed. He did not want to take his time showing me the map. He just put it on the counter and walk away to the next customer. I had so many questions but I was not able to ask him. The refrigerators were empty and there was no coffee maker. I had to make 5 calls. to get water, sodas , cream and sugar and a coffee maker. I had to call everynight for towels and coffee. The staff is not friendly they dont greet you a "good morning" only if I spoke and said it. At the buffet a server was rude to me. they ran out of coffee outside and I asked to have it refilled. I waited 30 min and still no coffee. I went inside to ask for it and she gave me an attitude and said they were busy.It was never refilled I asked if she can give me the waiter coffee mug and she placed it on the counter and said here take it. I was stunned. She was very rude. pueblo bonito Rose was not good but El Blanco was much better. I will not go back.

It’s very good for an old building, they try to keep it up but there is that lingering feeling and smell of the old property. Still a good place to stay. They should look into updating the appliances such as the coffee maker and the iron. They were RUUUUSTED. Also didn’t like the fact that you have to go to a far away property 30 minute ride for some of the restaurant options and have to pay extra money for that.
