The villa offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open chef's kitchen and plenty space to relax and enjoy the views of the lovely Caribbean Sea! Walk to a hidden beach and enjoy a private sunset or late night dip ;) Take a walk down the road past the horses, cows, and luscious landscaping to the beautiful and always warm Caribbean water. You'll love spending time in the chef inspired and designed kitchen, the 2 spacious air conditioned bedrooms, the incredible covered terrace, and patio. One bedroom is in the main part of the villa. The other bedroom is across the patio (see photos). The second floor of the property is a separate studio-suite. Please message us if you would like to rent the entire property. From this location you'll be able to reach all your Puerto Rico destinations with ease. Just a few mins away from to Buye Beach and Boqueron Beach. Or take the drive to Combaté Beach, The Lighthouse Beach (Playa Suscia), or Parguera to enjoy the Bioluminescent Bay. A short drive North and you'll be eating sea side in Joyuda or catching the waves in Rincon and Aguadilla!

Cayito Del Sol is the best stay on the West coast!
Cayito Del Sol is awesome! Ahmad is the most gracious, hospitable and kind host you'll ever meet. If you get the opportunity to chat with him, take it. He's an really excellent conversationalist and all around great guy. What an absolute pleasure to meet him and stay at his treasure of a property at Cayito Del Sol. The location is perfect for easy access to the best beaches in Cabo Rojo. It's also close to shopping and restaurants. The view is downright gorgeous. The villa itself is really something to behold. The veranda is so chill. The hammock and comfy furniture are the perfect ways to relax there. The patio is open and airy. It's really nice for outdoor dining. The kitchen is a chef's dream to cook in. Everything was well appointed. Anything I needed was there. Toiletries, utensils, linens etc. Laundry access was super helpful. The cooler and beach towels proved essential. Despite hot temperatures outside, I didn't need to turn the A/C on much. Or, even the fans for that matter. It stayed pretty cool inside the entire time. My cat loved her entire stay too. I don't think she wanted to leave either. I can't recommend staying at Ahmad's beautiful Cayito Del Sol enough. Thank you Ahmad!

Great Villa in an ideal location

Great location, no AC in the house
My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved the location being that it was only 3 mins from the beach, and the house itself was really nice. In the main part of the house, there’s not an AC unit. My wife and I found ourselves miserable most days and unable to enjoy our stay because it was so hot both inside and outside. The AC unit in the bedroom attached to the main part of the house was broken and that was the only AC in the actual house. So, we were left completely out of luck… the separate bedroom was fantastic and the AC worked the entire time with no issues. Cooking, showering, attempting to lounge, and whatever else we wanted to do in the house was incredibly difficult because it just got so hot. My wife and I booked our trip for 10 days and left after day 6 to go stay in San Juan because it was that terrible. Overall just a very frustrating was to try and enjoy vacation. We won’t be renting here again.

Loved Ahmad's place, it was so comfy and well appointed. Indoor/outdoor design with lots of light, breezes, stunning views, every little detail you could need for a comfortable stay (quality bluetooth speaker, beach chairs, kitchen equipment). Very comfy beds. I enthusiastically recommend!

A gem!
Family spent 5 nights here first week of April. Two of us are chefs and were delighted with the kitchen layout and cookware. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and everything we needed was provided. The two terraces and views from every room were special. Cayito Del Sol is a fantastic property to relax and visit this area of Puerto Rico. Ahmed is a great host and would re-visit anytime!!

Disappointed in Cleanliness of Property
I am a regular VRBO user. Not after this stay. I was so surprised by the positivie reviews of this house after staying in it ourselves - the place is extremely dirty. The kitchen, specifically, has layers of dust and grime in all appliances. The coffee pot even had the previous tenants brew in it. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on this one. Keep scrolling....

Friends trip!
We absolutely LOVED staying at Cayito del Sol! Beautiful and comfortable property. Beds very comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood near plenty of beautiful beaches within 5-20 min drive. Ahmad was an excellent host with quick responses and suggestions on where to go and what to do to best enjoy our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

A little bit of heaven!
Two weeks in a great location and a great house. We’d do it again in a heartbeat! My husband wanted to stay another week! We loved our stay at Cayito del Sol. The ocean view was amazing. We enjoyed sunrise to the sunset, beautiful rainbows after the rain and the stars were so bright. The location of the home was perfect. Nice quite area but yet a close drive to town and beaches. Five-minute walk to La Mela beach (very nice, secluded). The house is very nice, and spacious, and well equipped with all amenities. My grandbaby enjoyed the large yard, we enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony and big breakfast in the spacious kitchen. The hammock was just the perfect touch to our stay, thank you Ahmad. FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect house with lots of space
We rented the entire property for 5 people. It was so nice to have such a large amount of space so we could all enjoy some quiet time when we wanted. The house was well equipped with just about everything we needed. We loved having dinner on the large dinning table on the patio, and having coffee in the morning on the covered porch. Ahmad was very kind and responsive from the time I booked the reservation months in advance.

A Little Slice of Heaven
A truly amazing place set atop a hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. We were greeted with bird song as the sun was rising every morning, enjoyed the many amenities the villa has to offer including the outdoor entertaining space equipped with spacious outdoor shower and welcomed the evenings with night song as we gazed at the stars. The proximity to area beaches with crystalline waters and nature trails made Cayito Del Sol even that more special! And Ahmad's welcoming communications throughout our stay made our marvelous trip complete.

Driving in at 4am wasn’t my plan but waking up the the view was worth it! Only downfall to me was every bedroom is separate (one on main floor, one on patio, one accessible by outside stairs). The place fit us well though. Perfect beach within walking distance.

THE BEST LOCATION IN PUERTI RICO!!
This property is beeming with beauty and comfort. The property overlooks the water with beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The fresh breeze at dusk is spectacular. The property boasts 3 amazing private rooms with queen beds and AC. The master boasts an incredible balcony for folks to relax and enjoy the views. I love the privacy of each room and the house is furnished just right. The main house has a beautiful terrace with a swing that is spectacular to hang out with friends and family. We came with our adult boys, their first time in PR, and they, along with our family, were fascinated with the property. Fully stocked kitchen, barbecue, and all the amenities you can think of including beach chairs, coolers, and beach wagon. The location is amazing because it is close to town and highway, so you can take a quick drive to any destination. Buyé beach is literally down the street and an amazing, beautiful beach for the whole family. The property owner showed incredible hospitality and always available at any time; Ahmad was very gracious. Please make sure to check out this property! You will not find better for the price. A castle on the hill
Absolutely gorgeous. No matter where you are in the house, you can see the ocean or the Wonderful landscaping. Ahmad was a great host, communicating with us immediately and checking to make sure everything was solid. There's a little trail that goes to a secluded beach or the drive to any of the other beaches in the area are so close. I'm compelled to keep it a secret so that it doesn't become too popular and I can't come back 😉
