I felt like 1.5 star hotel. The room was cold but No heating until 9 pm even in Nov. All beds in the room were not comfortable and old. The curtain is too thin to block the lights from the city. I had to transit 2 elevators to reach the room from the entrance of the building. I do not recommend this hotel.

Place looks better in photos, was excited for this hotel on my 1 month trip to Korea and Japan. Was excited to get my booking of beach view and tub by the window. Upon arrival I was given not the room I reserved, room had a moldy smell, bath towels had some stain on it. Upon trying to use AC to cool room notice of only warm air only, at night went down to reception to find out why only warm air, host was rude to say only heat available. Not only was the room so hot I noticed mold in AC vents in am. And right after leaving hotel after 2 days of stay both me and my partner had gotten sick, which ruined the rest of our travels and made our trip a bit more grueling. So definitely will not be staying here again if back in Busan. Other than being close to the beach entrance the price I paid for this ocean view room was not worth it at all.

Room have a fantastic ocean view. However, receptionist at check in counter was not pleasant. There was a washing machine with no operating instructions in English and no dryer, room for 4 persons but only 1 teaspoon to share, coffee was provided but no tea. Hotel location was very convenient to train stastion and Haeundae traditional market.

Pretty good!
The hotel staff were quick and friendly. The view from our hotel was amazing. The overall condition of the room was fine and a couple things were odd, like the position and condition of the outlets. But overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent location, especially with the sunset ocean view room is gorgeous. Large property space, very comfortable. But it could add more furnitures to the empty space. For example it would’ve been super helpful to have a couch in the room for resting as it’s quite empty. Or add more hangers to the large empty closet. Overall the property is just a little bit outdated. We do love the laundry machine very much, and the front desk provides free laundry detergent and drying rack if you request. Lovely stay at this excellent location!

We were family if 3. Stayed 3 nites in deluxe twin room partial view. The positives.Room was v.spacious, maybe newly renovated ,gorgeous beachview, small kitchenette. Beds comfy .Because hotel was so big , and you had to change elevators, you could bypass reception, so it a very impersonal experience but they were friendly. Negatives: Bathroom was adequate, water not hot enough.TOO noisy: there sre alot of bars ,karaoke singing outside. it was like Las Vegas. Had to sleep with earplugs. I love the beach, went swimming but Haeundae just not our style. Id pick a quieter beach. I asked for a second pillow, they wanted to charge me( come on!) .and we had to separate our own garbage (ie.recycling) or be charged but there were no plastic bags , wash our cups but there was no soap.

Great view, centrally located in Haeundae beach so close to dining, bars, beach, attractions etc! Room was a little bit run down but honestly it wasn’t a dealbreaker and it’s not like I was paying a premium- very affordable, very comfortable, lovely staff etc! I would come back to stay here in an instant!
