Well, the original room I was assigned wasn’t made up yet, at roughly 7:30 pm. Good thing there was another room available. The girl at the desk was very apologetic and handled things quickly.

WONDERFUL stay

I LOVED staying here. The front desk was WONDERFUL on my entry and check-out, the room was simple and met my needs in EVERY way possible (floor WITHOUT carpet and VERY clean, microwave, refrigerator, shampoo/conditioner and soap, hair dryer, drawers and hanging space, comfortable bed, 24 hr. coffee)!!! THANK YOU!

It was amazing, the room was clean, it had hard wood floor which was a plus. The bed was comfy and the tv was right in front of the bed. And we could connect to Netflix

I reserved a non smoking room, had to settle for a smoking room. The smell of cigarette smoke was really bad. The air conditioner was set on 60 degrees and continuously running all night. The room stayed warm all night.
