Beautiful property sitting on top of a hill in Waltham, Ma. The rooms are quiet with all the amenities. A hot buffet breakfast is served in the morning and there is also a Starbucks Express in the lobby. My number #1 complaint is the garage is detached from the hotel, there should be a FOOTBRIDGE access, instead guests after parking their cars must walk out of the garage across a sometimes windy, snowing , rainy parking lot into the hotel.

Mostly excellent. The heat unit was loud and at times disturbed our sleep, but the comfort of the bed was excellent. The garage was across the street and it's a shame a covered walkway isn't available to protect one against extreme cold, snowy or rainy conditions when walking back to the hotel from the garage. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The hallway carpeting was clean and plush. We look forward to staying at the Westin in Waltham again as we plan to visit family in the area regularly in the future.

The entrance will remind you of the weekends music video blinding lights, and the rooms are cozy and come with the necessities you need to survive your stay! The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was hitting the spot, and the amenities were useful.

Property need urgently renovation, wallpaper are pill out, furniture heavily paint and chipped looks dirty even is clean bathroom mirror chipped, nice hotel but need renovations. Sad. One of the best hotels in Waltham

Excellent location. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in Waltham (we have stayed at 4 other ones). If bonvoy member parking is free, otherwise it’s $20/night. Staff excellent. Bed was excellent and plenty of towels in bathroom. Breakfast was very expensive but we had a $25 voucher that paid for the buffet on weekend. Food was fresh. Busy breakfast so go down early.
