The room was smaller than expected based on the photograph. The heating arrangement was a bit complex and had to be explained to us. The kitchen area was nice and well equipped. It would’ve been nice to have suitcase stands in the closet. It was great to have dimmers on the lights. It was convenient to have a 7~Eleven very close by.

Great access to transport. Property is clean, very small and for our family of 4 it was a tight fit. I was disappointed when we asked for two extra pillows and blankets and were told we could get them from the office but when we went to get them they had changed their mind. Crazy for the price you pay here we thought.

At home.
I love this place. it feels homey. The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed to spend time as if I lived there. The kitchen is small but functional and I loved that this room had a table where I could eat and work. The bed is very comfortable and I loved that there were plenty of pillows. The internet signal wasn't great but I had my hot spot so it didn't matter much to me. I look forward to coming back!

Great location!
The room was in a basement and accessing it was a bit cramped. Hard to take the luggage down into the basement. Also, there was no way to control the temperature as we could not find the thermostat to adjust. Otherwise, a great location close to Prudential Center mall. Very walkable!!

I have stayed here 2 or 3 times now and love the convenience of the location more than anything. The check-in and check-out processes were super easy too. This hotel is a collection of different buildings and the one I was in this time was an old brownstone walk-up. Unfortunately, the apartment felt run down and my biggest complaint was the complete and total lack of soundproofing. I heard every move and every conversation of my neighbors both beside and above me. Considering the very high price of my stay, I would expect more attention to things like this. I was there for work and had early mornings, so neighbors that were up and noisy all night were not a pleasant surprise. Just something to keep in mind.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio had everything we needed & was very clean! Be prepared to carry your suitcase up narrow flights of stairs. No elevator. Location was very convenient, parking too. Recommend Be bop restaurant, food was good & jazz music band was playing. Woody’s for pizza & salad was excellent. Loved visiting Fenway Park & went on a walking history tour. We will definitely return to Boston.
