Extra service puts Copley House over the top
Although the main office was located about 1-2 blocks away from this one of many local properties, they moved my luggage into my room both in and out, first when I arrived before check-in, and second, when I checked out of the room before the main office opened, returning later for a late flight home.

The location was ideal. Staying at Copley House was wonderful — friendly and helpful people at the front desk, and very hospitable.The room was extremely comfortable and clean.Also, it was in a great neighborhood — I walked all over and loved the proximity to the The Prudential Center and all the neat neighborhood joints. The room was smaller than expected based on the photograph. The heating arrangement was a bit complex and had to be explained to us. The kitchen area was nice and well equipped. It would’ve been nice to have suitcase stands in the closet. It was great to have dimmers on the lights. It was convenient to have a 7~Eleven very close by.
