La Maison de Valentine is located in an 18th century freestone building, in the highly sought after and pedestrianized St-Pierre district, between rue Sainte-Catherine and rue du Pas St-Georges.

Renovated in summer 2017, it will seduce you with its careful decoration in Scandinavian style, its level of comfort and equipment.

In love with my city of Bordeaux, I will be happy to welcome you to the house of Valentine and make you discover all the wonders of this city.

THE HOUSE INCLUDES:

- direct access to rue du Mulet, a particularly quiet street in a lively area

- the living room with a BULTEX EXPRESS sofa bed, 49 inch flat screen TV, free WIFI Internet, Harman Kardon speaker connected via Bluetooth, dining table for 4 people, 2 Dyson fans (AIR CONDITIONING IS PROVIDED FOR IN WINTER 2019/2020)

- the fitted kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge / freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster (also coffee, tea, herbal tea capsules, quick dinner kit)

Located in the heart of the Saint-Pierre district, symbol of Bordeaux tourism and hype, behind a facade of quays classified UNESCO, the house of Valentine nestles in the medieval district of Bordeaux where it is good to stroll in its cobbled streets, lunch or dinner in one of the innumerable restaurants, café terraces on the pretty squares and sniffing the air of a port Bordeaux that has become tourist and obviously bohemian.

You will discover the many sites and monuments of Bordeaux, the Place Pey Berland, the Town Hall and the Saint-André Cathedral, the city center, the Saint-Pierre, Saint-Michel, Capucins districts, all with soul and character. their own.

Fantastic Flat in an Unbelievable Location
I highly recommend this 1 BR flat in the center of a vibrant, young part of Bordeaux. The photos and description are accurate - it is a first floor (door to street) flat located just off a pedestrian street. So, while the location is very central to shops and restaurants, it is not burdened by the noise of cars and trucks. The flat was beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed with washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and hairdryer. There is no AC but the fans provided were more than sufficient. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this for your visit to Bordeaux.

Très belle maison/appartement, parfaitement propre et tellement bien décorée - conforme à l'annonce. La situation extrêmement centrale est un point fort : nous faisons tout à pied ! Elle est toute équipée : machine Nespresso avec dosettes café en libre service, eau minérale, pâtes et sauce tomate ; machine à laver, lave linge... et un très grand écran plat avec NETFLIX ! Notre hôtesse Bénédicte a été très sympathique et tellement réactive à toutes nos questions. Je recommande la maison de Valentine pour vos séjour dans le centre ville de Bordeaux !
