Originally a metal working Tin Shop built in 1915, this beautifully renovated home sits in the heart of downtown Boonville's historic district. Three upstairs bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin beds, perfect for the whole crew! Located just off of the Main Street, this location is perfect for a walk or bike ride to the Katy Trail, Missouri River, Hotel Fredrick, Isle of Capri Casino, downtown shopping & dining! Or, sit on the front porch rockers and enjoy an evening in! With a private, fenced yard, cyclists will find plenty of space for bikes and gear. Only 25 miles west of Columbia, MO. Leisurely drive to additional attractions such as Warm Springs Ranch, Lyceum Theater in Arrow Rock, and Hermann, Missouri wineries!

Its an older town house, but very clean and comfortable. The only thing we wished for was some food when we arrived at 2 AM after flying all day, but it was a great experience! Wouod absolutely stay there again!
