Three-room apartment for 5 people with a splendid terrace
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with lift of a historic building in one of the most important streets in the center of Bologna. Spacious and bright three-room apartment of 64 m2. with a terrace of 12 m2. The living area consists of a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining table, a kitchenette and a windowed bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access the splendid terrace overlooking the roofs and courtyards of Bologna. The bedroom with two single beds (or a double bed if necessary) has a decorated ceiling and a private bathroom with window and shower. The second bedroom is double and overlooks the private terrace directly with the possibility of accessing it directly from a French window. At guests' disposal flat screen LED televisions, independent air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi internet connection, ironing board with iron and safe.

Wonderful accommodations in Bologna
Flauto Magico was a well appointed apartment located within easy walking distance to the center and wonderful restaurants. We loved the little terrace for coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. Everything worked well, it was great to have the laundry room with washers and dryers. The staff, and particularly Francesca, were kind, helpful, and went out of their way to resolve things for us, including helping me retrieve a forgotten sweater. I highly recommend staying at Bologna residence!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the terrace in the evenings. The office staff were extremely helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Property was as pictured. Short walk to Piazza Santo Stefano, Piazza Maggiore, restaurants and grocery store. Staff were easy to communicate with. We would recommend and stay again next time in Bologna.

Rare find in beautiful Bologna
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bologna with extended family. Accommodations in the historic centre with kitchen facilities are hard to find and this one allowed us to eat at home. We also loved that it had 2 bathrooms (also a rare find) and the hosts provided a pack and play for our child so we didn't have to bring one. The patio is also lovely. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property and location!
This property is amazing! Everything in it is up-to-date, and it had plenty of room for our family with its 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is even a wonderful balcony/patio! We really appreciated the washer and dryer that was available 24/7 for free. This location is close to everything, in a beautiful area in the city center (easily walkable to train, too), yet is in a relatively quiet area. We rented this unit along with another by the same owner in Residence Opera, and together they were perfect for our family of 8. We have rented from Francesca before, and not only are her properties outstanding, but the service/communication is as well. I highly recommend!

Lovely Bologna
Great apartment for quick family trip to Bologna with important outdoor space. Clean and spacious and just a few minutes walk away from the centre. Used as base for trip to Maranello to see all things Ferrari so parking space was brilliant.

Santo Stefano suited us well on our recent trip to Bologna. We wanted to soak in the city's history while enjoying the renowned food of Emilia. The apartment was well located, in a historic porticoed block across from a famous church and around the corner from a delightful street market. Easy walking to major sights and the university area, with grocer and cafes just steps away. The apartment was comfortable for the three of us -- a couple with adult son. Parking arrangements were also convenient, as we went on a couple of day trips. Management was helpful and responsive to our communications before arrival. Thank you, Santo Stefano, for making our trip so memorable.
