The property was exactly as listed. My boyfriend and I were in town for the Alabama vs LSU football game and it had everything we needed for a long weekend. The owners were quick to answer questions and check-in was a breeze. The property was situated perfectly in Birmingham and traffic was minimal. If we return to Birmingham we will definitely stay here again.

Clean, nice appliances/furnishings, kitchen stocked with bowls//utensils/pots-pans/tableware. It is a modernized unit! The washer/dryer are combined into one & remote controlled fan in the bedroom. Comfy bed. The location of this condo is ABSOLUTELY convenient and it's in a neat little area. The owners are great communicators. The building is pretty secure as well. This property was everything it was deductibles to be. The location was really nice and convenient to restaurants and entertainment (all in walking distance). I was able to quickly access the interstate to attend and make a short drive to Tuscaloosa. I’ll definitely stay again.

Great stay
We came for almost a week for a baseball tournament. The condo was very comfy for my son and I. He slept in the air mattress which was very comfortable and easy to put up and down and get out of the way during the day. We were very happy to have a great kitchen and washer/dryer. The building is in a great neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. We loved the gelato right downstairs! Only suggestion would be a chest of drawers for unpacking. The closet was good but for an extended stay we got a little creative so we didn’t have to live out of our suitcases. Overall…it was a great stay in a new city for us!

Beautiful Place + Great Location!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo in downtown Birmingham! The condo itself is well designed and was the perfect size for the two of us. It has a great view of the Mercantile on Morris courtyard, and is in a great location central to historic downtown Birmingham. As the Mercantile on Morris shops and the downtown continue to grow, this will become an even more exciting place to visit! Likewise, great communication with the owner/host.

I can't say enough about how special this property is. Beautiful, clean, quiet, easy to find and a perfect location for dining and relaxing. The owners and the management company both reached out to me before the stay. They wanted to make sure I had everything I needed and if they could do anything.
