This property was so clean very neat. The owner of the property was very sweet. I would stay again. I would recommend this property 100% the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing right off the interstate near shopping and restaurants. Nine minutes from UAB hospital.

Clean and accommodating host

The place I had booked had a fire incident and I did not see the email until I was checking my email for check in instructions. I quickly booked this property, but in my haste I booked the wrong dates. VROB contacted the host and like I put in the title very accommodating. All the errors were on my end and they helped and made fixing what I messed-up easy. The property itself was perfect just what it showed in the ad no surprises.

My stay was great. Everything was new and clean. The house had all the amenities even the above and beyond with coffee pods, snacks, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo, and cooking oils and spices. Great place for an extended stay. Marquita was very responsive and such a great host. I would highly recommend to staying here. Excellent value for your buck.
