Lovely hotel, light spacious room with a New England feel to it. Great location in a quiet side street near the Main Street, and minutes from both the sea and a stop for the little train that takes you further afield. Great indoor pool and delicious breakfast buffet - one of the best we’ve had in Germany. Kind and helpful staff, who will also pick you up and drop you off at the station for free. We loved this hotel and will certainly be back!

Comfortable hotel in a beautiful sea resort town

Hotel is comfortable, clean and the service is very helpful, enthusiastic and professional. Room was a little small - nowhere to unpack. All hotel restaurants were closed and we had to order out pizza. Bar is very comfortable. Bartender was very helpful - ordered our pizzas for us. Breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of food - hot and cold.

Zimmer waren relativ klein. Bad war winzig, max. 1 Person. Zimmermädchen haben bereits ab 6:00H morgens Lärm im Gang gemacht. Parkplatz mit 20€ pro Nacht recht teuer. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Wir waren jetzt zum 2. Mal im Vier Jahreszeiten Binz, nachdem wir das erste Mal super zufrieden waren. Das Personal war freundlich, unser Zimmer super schön und das Frühstück& Wellnessangebot top. Dieses Mal waren wir jedoch etwas unzufriedener. Wir wurden von einer überaus unhöflichen Rezeptionistin empfangen, die uns nicht wirklich willkommen hieß. Da wir bereits um 12 Uhr im Hotel waren, sagte sie uns, sie würde uns anrufen, sobald das Zimmer frei wäre. Wir warteten bis 16:00 und wunderten uns darüber, dass wir nicht angerufen wurden. Als wir dann um 16:00 nochmal kamen, begrüßte uns ein freundlicher junger Mann, der den Check In sehr nett gestaltete. Anscheinend hat die erste Rezeptionistin uns schlichtweg vergessen...Schade, wir liefen wegen ihr 4 Stunden durch die Kälte. Der restliche Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Ein kleines weiteres Problem war, dass uns bei der ersten Buchung in der selben Zimmerkategorie ein Zimmer mit Balkon gegeben wurde. Deshalb buchte ich es auch diesmal, da der Balkon insbesondere für die Fütterung des Hundes praktisch erschien. Uns wurde diesmal jedoch ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gegeben. Als ich dies ansprach, versuchte der nette Mann am Empfang, uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Es waren mehrere Zimmer der selben Kategorie mit Balkon noch frei, wir hätten jedoch 40Euro/Nacht extra zahlen sollen. Das finde ich etwas unkulant, da es eigentlich die selbe Zimmerkategorie war und viele weitere Zimmer noch frei waren. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt top.

In vielen Details durchaus renovierungsbedürftig, aber die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück allgemeiner Standard. Preis-Leistung passt aber sehr gut, von daher auch empfehlenswert.
