Tolle Ferienwohnung mit kleinen techn. Mängel
Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen in einen Top Zustand und sehr luxuriös. Leider hat der Boiler aber so starke Geräusche durch einen techn. Mängel gemacht, dass dies den ruhigen Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat. Leider war die Verwaltung nicht sehr gut. Und obwohl uns zugesichert wurde, dass jemand vorbei kommt, war Niemand gekommen. Am Telefon war die Verwaltung sehr unhöflich.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben 14 Tage in der „Hummerbude“ verbracht und diesen Urlaub rundum genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage sowie moderne, praktische und gemütliche Einrichtung. Es war alles (und mehr) vorhanden was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Insbesondere der unmittelbare Strandzugang hat uns gut gefallen. Somit mussten wir keine Umwege gehen, sondern konnten die Wohnung auch terrassenseitig betreten und verlassen. Unmittelbar vor dem Haus befand sich der dieser Wohnung zugeordnete PKW-Stellplatz. Da wir mit zwei Kindern angereist sind, erwies sich die Bereitstellung einer Waschmaschine als äußerst praktisch. Der Zugang befindet sich im Gebäude nebenan und wird durch einen separaten Schlüssel ermöglicht. Wäschekorb und -ständer sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Abzug in der Bewertung erhält lediglich die Reinigungsfirma. Nachdem wir unsere Wohnung mit etwas Verzögerung durch die noch nicht abgeschlossene Reinigung bezogen haben, fiel uns zunächst eine lose Fußleiste im Küchenbereich auf. Insbesondere in den Bädern (Putzmittelrückstände) und hinter den Jalousien (zahlreiche lebende und tote Insekten) haben wir noch einmal selbst Reinigungsarbeiten durchführen müssen. Unabhängig davon konnten wir unsere Zeit in dieser Wohnung sehr genießen und kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber...
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr hübsch, aber leider in Bezug auf Tassen und Besteck sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Der Herd funktionierh nur mit einer Platte richtig. Außerdem gab es weder rine Waschmaschine noch einen Trockner. Ich durfte dann die Waschmaschine einer anderen Wohnung nutzen. Außerdem dauerte es 5 Tage bis die Mövel der Außenterrasse genutzt werden konnten.
